Animal Care Center

The Animal Care Center is an 8,000 square foot building consisting of three major structural elements:  concrete, structural steel, and wood framing.  As the General Contractor we played a pivotal role in the coordination, handling, and installation of all of these elements.  Due to the state of the art nature of this facility, strict attention was paid to all aspects of construction from ground work, structural steel setting, and wood framing to the finishes of drywall, acoustical ceilings, paintings, installation of steel doors frames and flush wood doors, epoxy flooring, custom millwork and countertops, exterior finishes, and the installation of all specialized verterinary equipment.

As always the client's deadline was our priority as this was another time sensitive project.  Our staff managed to complete the project early allowing greater ease of relocation for the owner.
