As the General Contractor for this attractive one story custom home, we were responsible for all aspects of construction from site clearing to subcontractor coordination to the final paint brush stroke.

This house has an attached two car garage with entry into the laundry room.  From there, the "open air" environment of the living room and kitchen is accented by beautiful hardwood floors and a custom mantle around the fireplace.  This three bedroom, two bathroom home also has a full basement for future finishing.

The critical timeline to get this family into their home by the holidays was no match for our company.  By use of our in house equipment and manpower, we were able to reduce the need for subcontractors allowing us to keep a tighter control on our schedule and the construction budget.  Our knowledgable field staff and design team were also able to guide the homeowners to the right places to get the most affordable selections for finishes.
