This two story house features a great room which gives the first floor of the house a more open air feel to it, a look that has become increasingly popular over the years, as well as three full bedrooms and two full baths.  The stunning fireplace encompassed in dry stacked stone from floor to ceiling catches your attention immediately when walking into the home.

  Due to a design flaw, we worked closely with the homeowner to redesign the roof prior to construction to a salt box design which increased the space of the second floor bedrooms without taking space away from the great room.  This also allowed the overall layout of the house to flow better.  Redesigning the roof to it's current design prior to construction eliminated additional costly structural supports that the originally designed roof would need as well as additional changes that would be made after production of trusses and construction of the house had begun.  A custom glass block shower was made in the master bathroom, something that no other house or addition that we have built features.
