We were hired as the general contractor to renovate and add on to this home in Fallston Md.  After cleaning out the house from the previous owner we in conjunction with the homeowner came up with an new layout and design for the house including an addition in the rear, and expanding the porch area on the side of the house to accommodate a porch and new sun room.  Working along side a team of sub contractors we created a spacious and classy living space including his and her walk in closets, revamped master bath room, and expanded and open kitchen floor plan, a large laundry and storage room, and a sun room featuring stone walls with gorgeous exposed wood post and beam construction. All in all this renovation turned a pretty run down house into a new forever home.
