Because of our previous history with Moran Towing and familiarity with the building built in 2010, we were the easy choice to finish the second floor of this building. This office area was built to help their tugboat operations run more efficiently and includes additional offices for management personnel, file storage, and a dispatch room for specialized communcation equipment.
As General Contractor for this project, we were responsible for all phases of construction from pre-construction design and permits to framing and finishes during construction. We were also able to work with their team throughout the process to include exactly what they needed. Once again, Moran is pleased with the outcome and we are both looking forward to working together on future projects.
