While a 220 square foot addition on paper does not seem like a whole lot, in reality it can bring about a completely new look to the interior and exterior of a home.  This addition extended the master bathroom and bedroom of this single family dwelling on the second floor.  The first floor was left unfinished for the future.  New doors, windows, and siding complete the exterior of the addition giving that "always there" feel.

As General Contractor, we were involved hands on in all phases of this work from design to using our own equipment during site work.  Our skilled work force framed and installed all exterior and interior trims and finishes.  We were also able to acquire the necessary permits for the owner, keep constant quality control monitored on site, and handled scheduling and coordination of all subcontractors on a daily basis.  All of these elements where critical in saving the owners money and having their family enjoying their new surroundings in time for the new school year.
