Tropical Treats

Tropical Treats is a 3,000 square foot pre-engineered steel building, built from the ground up, for family oriented restaurant use.  As the General Contractor we worked closely with the owner in developing the design to fit his needs and style.

This project consisted of structural concrete, structural steel, metal framing, doors, door frames, door hardware, painting, ceilings, mechanical systems, electrical systems, industrial refrigeration and cooking equipment, and intricate faux finishes.

Due to some design flaws by the architect we were commissioned by the owner to develop a revised casework plan for the cash wrap area.  With the use of realistic faux finishes and revised layout the owner was given the cashwrap he envisioned.  The finished design was a highly crafted final product that both the owner and customers enjoy.
